Petrified Forest National Park, I-40, exit 285, AZ

Wigwam Motel, Holbrook, AZ

Standing on the corner, Winslow, AZ

Well, I’m a standing on a corner in Winslow, Arizona
And such a fine sight to see
It’s a girl, my Lord, in a flatbed Ford
Slowin’ down to take a look at me

Meteor crater, I-40, exit 233

Dean walking out to observation deck in light windswept rain!

Twin Arrows, Off I-40, Exit 219, north side Torrential rain, thunder, lightning storm!!!

Historic Route 66 Motel, Seligman, AZ. It’s a very old motel but everything seemed to work. The decor is totally Route 66!

This is one leg of Rte66 that I’ve been on, in the 90’s. Love it! Great reporting!

Your pictures of walking ON the observation deck, and INSIDE the motels prove that you see and do more on a motorcycle than in a car.
And agree with JannieV, love the nostalgic reference to the song 🎶 😊
